Tokyo-based fashion label Toga presents their Spring Summer 2013 collection which can be beautifully characterized by multi-layered ensembles fitting to an urban sensibility. Inspired by the Palais Royal in Paris, the collection is constructed by self-taught designer Yasuko Furuta, and at times reminds us slightly of what we saw at 3.1 Phillip Lim for the season as well, evoking the ‘cut up’ technique in a less complex way intuitively mixing and matching fabrics and layers.
