At this point there are more leaves on the ground than there are in the trees. You know what that means? Winter is only a couple of weeks away. So when the temperature saddles its self around the mid teens (Celsius), I hit the streets to absorb the last bit of the suns rays.
This past Sunday I decided to rock my brushed chambray cobalt button down shirt from Frank & Oak. The rugged chambray shirt was inspired by century-old workwear style and Crafted from a gritty, textured textile that’s been brushed for a softer flannel-like texture. Overtop I rocked my deadstock Pendleton “Santa Fe” Jacket in Blue Socorro. My fresh from New York KITH Classic Mercer pants in black. These bad boys are made from a slightly brushed soft lightweight cotton twill and featuring the signature ribbed ankle cuffs, with knee dart detailing for a nice tampered look. On my feet I put on my favourite pair of deadstock Nike Air Safari “Great Britain Pack” low tops. I have always been deeply and passionately in love with the Safari pattern, and on the “GBP” sneaker it manages to pop even more on the black/red leather. To round out the look I out the my leather brimmed Original LD West snap-back. I like the subtly of the all black polyester/cotton blended shell mixed with the black leather brim, it’s the perfect compliment to the fall outfit.
