After a slew of bad news Samsung has finally begun a rebound with the release of the new Galaxy A5 and A3. With just the right amount of power, the Galaxy A5 feature a 5.2-inch screen, two 16-megapixel f/1.9 cameras in the front and back, a 1.9GHz processor with eight cores, and a 3,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy A3 is the same size, but slightly downgrades the camera to 13-megapixel on the back and 8-megapixel on the front, with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, and a 2,350 mAh battery.
Both models are water and dust resistant, feature MicroSD slots, and have a USB-C port for fast charging. Available in Black Sky, Gold Sand, Blue Mist and Peach Cloud, the A5 costs $450 USD, while the A3 is sightly less at $350 USD. Both are available for pre-order starting in the UK on January 20th.
