Well there is very little doubt that summer is over and fall is full upon us. Shorts are packed away for another season, jackets and sweaters have found their way back into the wardrobe, and everyone is a little bit sadder. Last weekend as Toronto got ready to celebrate Nuit Blanche, I got my perfectly chosen outfit together to roll from mid-day hi-jinx to late night art exploration. Starting at the I pulled out my wool New Era Collingwood Magpie AFL fitted cap I got in Australia back in February, deadstock Gucci aviators I picked up in Paris half a dozen years ago, an old school style vintage bowtie, the essential must-have Uniqlo chambray button up, the A2B Commuter Jacket from Canadian brand Arc’Teryx, a pair of “Jet Set Paisley” Dockers khaki, and some beautiful Zara oxblood dress shoes.
