The untimely passing of West Coast G-Funk crooner,Nate Dogg, has deeply touched the hip hop community. And of course, how could it not! Nate Dogg’s voice is/was the quintessential voice of gangsta rap for most of the 90’s and well into the 2000’s. Now, fellow West Coast solider, the Game pours out a little proverbial liquor for the fallen G-Funk pioneer on this “All Doggs Go to Heaven (R.I.P. Nate Dogg)” track. The song is an emotional cut that has the Compton rapper recalling cherished moments with Nate, while samples of his famous hooks pop up throughout the chorus.
