In anticipation of the upcoming release of Tim Burton’s latest creation, Alice in Wonderland starring Jonny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway, New Era has created a special edition series of baseball caps to commemorate the occasion. The five-piece 59FIFTY series is set to drop today, online and at New Era flagship stores across the globe and if you are an Alice In Wonderland fan then you are sure to to be smitten with these caps. Each hat depicts Burton’s quirky and unique vision of the Lewis Carroll classic story, whilst utilizing the baseball cap giants production techniques to the fullest, like masterful embroidery and awesome colourways. Each hat highlights a different and favourite character from the story like Alice, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter, and of course, every ones favourite, the Cheshire Cat, whose big grin is ubiquitous with the classic story. Although it does seem like a bit of an odd collaboration for New Era, the look of the collection seems to be destined for collector’s item status over fashion statement, but with that said, you never know when it comes to fashion.
