Every time I look at a new H&M collection I admire the brand more and more. The design team is on point with style, colour and design trends, but that has always been their strength. The problem I have with H&M is that after my eyes linger over the outfits I start to envision actually shopping for the pieces at the store. I dislike H&M stores, they are obnoxious mini-malls some how designed to make my skin crawl. Maybe that’s my age and outlook, but the H&M shopping experiences keeps me from shopping with the brand.
With that being said, take a look at the Men’s Fall 2012 Lookbook below. Replete with suit jackets, turtleneck sweaters, pants, chinos, and mid-thigh coats with accessories to match like leather brogues, gloves, scarves and coloured socks. Andrea Lowenstam, Head Menswear Designer for H&M said, “The suit is the most important garment for men at H&M this fall, and it’s amazing to see how it can be worn in so many modern ways. Traditions mix with new ideas to build a new wardrobe that’s all about personal style.”
Enjoy.
