Incase you missed them last week at LG Fashion Week, these limited-edition handbags by Toronto designer Jessica Jensen and up and coming New York designer Alexander Berardi, are an absolute knock out!
Inspired by Jean-luc Godard’s film Breathless, which is the fashion inspiration du jour after its re-release, the line speaks somehow to “urban tribalism”, although to be honest, unless you saw the full collection of ready-to-wear and handbags, you probably wouldn’t get that reference right away.
The line is comprised of nine handbags made from woven goat skin, lambskin, and silk, ranges in price from $398-$1498, and is available for pre-order online on November 15th 2010.
