Last week we traveled West from Toronto to San Francisco for a little touring, shopping, eating, and car driving in Silicon Valley. Once we arrived and settled into our hotel we headed over to the Tenderloin for a few Boa’s from food truck turned restaurant, The Chairman, and then off to the sunny Golden Gate Bridge for some touristy good times. Being born and raised in Toronto, I always find West coat weather tough to get dressed for; one minute it’s hot, one minute it’s cold and there’s no humidity to keep the temperature stable.
Thus, my style feature from the trip is all about casual layering and comfort. I starting by throwing on my favourite technical cashmere tee from Kit & Ace, and a pair of white denim from Gap I’ve been dying to rock, and layered up from there with a grey denim Levi’s jacket. I accessorized the look simply with a necklace from Coach, my Goyard tote, a pair of Toms sunglasses and a pair of suede Jeffrey Campbell + Free People flats. Not bad for an East coaster, amiright?
Take a closer look at that gorgeous view below as well as my look and stay tuned for next week when we’ll be travelling to Paris!
