Today’s what I wore is all about amazing deals, which are very important when you’re a fashion lover (more is nearly always more!!). My look is sourced almost completely from a recent shopping trip up to Vaughan Mills in their massive new expansion. I killed easily four hours getting lost in stores like Roots, Dr. Martens, and the massive Nike Factory Store in the new expansion as well as other parts of the mall.
Finally after about an hour exploring the new expansion, I settled in at Holt Renfrew’s HR2 and scored this incredible plum Mackage backpack for nearly half the original ticketed price! Ladies, I strongly suggest making a visit up to HR2 soon, not only is the store well curated, but their handbag selection is insane!
After talking myself out of a pair of Valentino shoes, I headed on my way over to J.Crew to peruse the selection, and got completely lost but luckily I was able to consult their handy-dandy app to find my way! I scored this awesome matching pair of plum polka dot tights in the same colour as the backpack, as well as a fun gold necklace with hot pink detailing. J.Crew always has great jewellery and the selection at Vaughan Mills is pretty amazing considering it was nearly all 40% off!
From there I headed back to the swanky expansion side of the mall and popped into the massive Joe Fresh and scored a great denim button-down before heading to H&M where I found this great black faux leather skirt with most excellent black zipper detailing. Paired with a felt and leather pair of boots from Shellys London and a pair of Super Puma sunnies, my outfit was complete!
I’m always impressed with the diversity of stores and the selection at Vaughan Mills and now that the new expansion is open, there’s even more reason to make regular visits!
