Outdoor apparel brand Penfield has released a limited edition update to their collaborative Consortium Kasson hooded mountain parka. Offered in a choice of four classic colourways, Consortium takes Penfield’s infamous Kasson hooded mountain parka and adds a medium pile sherpa fleece lining through the body and hood, and quilted sleeve lining with insulating wadding. The collaboration transforms the Penfield Kasson jacket from a lightweight water-resistant favourite into a well priced technical & insulated winter coat. The idea for the collaboration was conceived by Consortium’s founder Nat Rendell and developed in conjunction with Manesh Mistry and Ben Allnutt of the Penfield design team. The jacket is available now in limited numbers exclusively from the Consortium store in Bournemouth and www.consortium.co.uk.
