Back in 2012, Nicki Minaj teamed up with beauty giant MAC Cosmetics to launch a lavender Viva Glam lipstick benefitting the MAC AIDS Fund. Prior to that, she launched a cotton candy pink lipstick with the Toronto-based brand in celebration of her debut studio album Pink Friday.
Now, nearly five years later, the two have joined forces once again to launch two gorgeous nude lipsticks inspired by the neutral hues the 34-year-old rap queen is often seen wearing. The first, dubbed Nicki’s Nude, is exactly that and it’s a light pinky coral shade that you can wear everyday. The second, dubbed The Pinkprint, an ode to her 2014 studio album, is a medium-toned creamy pink.
Minaj took to Twitter to announce the exciting partnership, indicating that there’s another surprise announcement coming in 2018. Stay tuned.
The Nicki Minaj x MAC Cosmetics collection is slated to launch on September 21 at maccosmetics.com and at select MAC locations nationwide.
