Remember when Pharrell Williams was moved to tears when he heard that NYU girl’s demo? Well that girl is Maggie Rogers and from the looks of it, you’re going be hearing a lot more from her soon. She recently dropped her video for the tear-inducing song in question, titled “Alaska” and shared a heartfelt letter to her fans on social media to match. Directed by Zia Anger, the video follows Rogers who starts off in a field and ends up at a party in some very rad pink eye shadow that matches the track’s vibe wonderfully. It’s also bright, fun and sprinkled with those little touches. We cried just like Pharell.
