In case you missed it, recently a clip went around in which Pharrell Williams was moved to tears while listening to a demo written by Maggie Rogers, a new artist at an NYU critique Pharrell was a part of. It caught fire quickly and for good reason. It caught fire because the story and the song resonates. If you’ve yet to see the clip, you can (and should) check it out below.
