What does one wear to watch five days straight of Canadian Fashion Shows? It all seems like a whirlwind by now, but luckily I took a kind of street style look book to document three out of five outfits.
Early in the week it was still nice and mild, so I decided bare legs were still okay, so I paired a vintage silk button with a fun swirly pattern with a camo pleated skirt from H&M and topped it with my amazing new embroidered Motocycle jacket from Free People and my lynx hat for an extra layer of warmth on top. As far as accessories, I wore my Miista Tara Neptune heels, my trusty Deadly Ponies bag, my Daniel Wellington watch, and a bunch of vintage silver necklaces stacked up.
I’ve been really into cropped sweaters with a button up shirt tails hanging down look lately, it’s kind of been my go to look, so it’s no surprise I wore it two days in a row… Oops! The first day it was an eclectic mix of vintage Pendleton, a stripped H&M skirt, a mint button down from Gap, and an emerald angora sweater from Topshop. Tired from wearing heels far too much I opted to wear this pair of super rad Chelsea-esque Penny Teaser boots from New Kid, a pair of frilly socks, topped off with my vintage mink cap!
Not more than a day later, I brought out all of avid wash to sport my kind of Canadian tuxedo. I’ve been digging this rad/bad cropped jean jacket I found in Austin a couple weeks back, and in true form of not letting go of summer, wore it with a sheer Zara button down, acid wash skirt from Topshop, and my fave new ruffly sweater from H&M for a bit of warmth. Accessories paired with this look were a pair of Diesel distressed booties, my Daniel Wellington watch, and a rad western toiled leather handbag found in Austin too.
