W Magazine has just released a video featuring over 80 fashion celebrities declaring that they are immigrants. The video is accompanied by an editorial on W’s website and was put together during NYFW as a show of strength in the wake of President Trump’s controversial travel ban.
According to W Magazine editor in chief Stefano Tonchi:
“Fashion has not been taking enough responsibility, and they can do much more, fashion is always a mirror of society.”
