King Kylie is adding another formula to her Lip Kit empire, and this time the liquid lipsticks will see a velvety finish.
The makeup mogul teased an image on the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account yesterday of the four gorgeous rosy pink shades called Charm, Harmony, Dazzle and Rosie. The new formula is creamy, smooth and highly pigmented.
