You’re cordially invited to join us to celebrate the launch of the new Surface Pro 3 at the first-ever Microsoft Surface Café in Toronto. The Surface Café is a unique space designed to let imaginations soar as visitors discover how the Surface Pro 3 allows you to stay connected, be productive and let your artistic side really shine. Plus, everyone who comes and checks out the Suface Café will get a unique look at the brand new Surface Pro 3, and be part of some pretty cool hands-on workshops with some of the brightest minds in fashion, music, photography, illustration and business.
Because we here at Sidewalk Hustle are all about fashion and music, we’re also excited to announce that we will be presenting and hosting the Mobile Design with Uri Minkoff workshop this Friday. Uri is the co-founder and current CEO of Rebecca Minkoff, a leading independent New York-based fashion and accessory brand. During this session we’ll explore the intersection of fashion and technology with one of the founders behind Minkoff’s infamous Mini M.A.C. handbag, plus attendees will have the chance to design their very own accessory product on a Surface Pro 3.
Other Surface Cafe sessions include InstaLife with Caitlin Cronenberg, The Digital Comic Strip with Francis Manapul, Surface Harmony with The Darcys, and more. Take a look at the full schedule with details, below.
The workshop takes place from June 20 – 22, 2014 at 399 Queen Street West in Toronto. You can attend for free, by registering at microsoft.ca/surfacecafe. Space is limited, so don’t sleep, do it now.
See you on Friday!
