It’s been quite the week in Toronto for fashion. With daily shows at the World MasterCard Fashion Week tents showcasing the countries best and brightest design talent, the fans and fashionistas were out in full force. Obviously I had to step up my style game and this year I challenged myself to wear more Canadian designers, because we’re very into supporting our local hero and hooligans.
On the first day, with only three shows to attend I put together a more casual look with Pink Tartan washable fashion shirt, a Mackage backpack, and a Minimum Jacket, while on day two I layered up in a dress from Mélissa Nepton’s Spring Summer collection, a Joe Fresh perforated leather jacket, and a Community 54 beanie. By the third day temperatures were starting to warm up so I went bare legged in a mostly Topshop ensemble, and finally on the fourth day I rocked peep-toe neoprene Aldo shoes with a wooly Soia & Kyo jacket from their unreleased Fall Winter 2015 collection.
