What I Wore: End of November Warm Up

Streetstyle November 23 2014 - Headshot

One moment it’s rainy and cold outside, and the next it’s a little less rainy and a little less cold, but there you have it, it’s basically winter and there is no turning back now. While I spend my time dreaming of warmer climates, I still have dress fresh and look cool (figuratively) as fug out there in the 6. As the temperature climbed up to a mighty 9 degrees (48.2 Fahrenheit) on Sunday, I suited up for a nice pre-winter stroll around my neighbourhood.

I started by grabbing my new favourite pair of pants, the tapered Alexander Wang x H&M 5 pocket ‘jeans’, matched with a freshly pressed “washed” navy button-down shirt from the “more accessible Acne,” Danish brand Minimum. Over top that I put on the Canadian made, down filled, knit collared, OSC Cross ‘Hamilton’ camo vest, and matched that with a classic black Gucci scarf. On top I wore a forest green knit beanie from San Fransisco-based streetwear brand Huf, and of course my trusty pair of Oliver Peoples ‘Denison’ glasses. To pull the whole look together I went back to the future with the very sleek Nike Air Jordan Futures in black, and North Face Etip gloves, so I can text without freeing my fingers off.
