This mid season weather has been all over the map. One day it’s chilly and the next it’s humid and hot; talk about a true test of my layering skills! It’s not always easy to get your look right at this time of year, so I thought I’d share an outfit I rocked last week when it was still a tad chilly out.
As you may already know, I’m a big fan of colour, and I’ve been dying to rock this gorgeous Heidi Merrick skirt I got while in Los Angeles late last year. It’s wasn’t an easy wear in the winter layered under a coat since that hid the simple peplum detail at the top. I paired it with a floral print Rachel Roy cropped tank I found at Winners, a vintage gold pearl necklace, a pair of Rudsak patent leather lace ups, Toms sunglasses, the H Project x ela x Burt’s Bees collaborative clutch, and my go-to Topshop trench.
