Miu Miu has released its latest short film in their series ‘Womens Tales’ entitled Carmen.
The film is the second directorial effort from actress Chloë Sevigny who has also modelled in past Miu Miu campaigns. It stars comedian Carmen Lynch and was shot in Portland on 35mm film. Lynch and Sevigny wrote the script together pulling in many elements from Lynch’s stand-up routine.
Speaking to Vogue, Sevigny says:
“It might sound corny, but I love the Miu Miu girl. I love the perverted fantasy of it. I love the brand, so it’s easy for me to get behind it and be excited to be working with them.”
