Last night at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, one of the largest yearly events celebrating achievements in black entertainment took place – the BET Awards.
As expected, the night included performances from an extensive list of stars, including Big Sean, Mary J. Blige, Migos, Post Malone and Chris Brown. French Montana also recruited Swae Lee for a performance of their massive summer hit “Unforgettable.” At only 24 years of age, Chance The Rapper also received a Humanitarian Award for his outstanding work giving back to the city of Chicago, which includes a million dollar donation to the city’s public schools.
