Earlier this week WANT Apothecary opened its stunning new doors in tony Rosedale to fashionable troves sipping bubbly out of glass test tubes, amongst the gorgeous displays. Designed by architectural firm Drew Mandel Architects and interior designer Maria Rosa di Ioia of Idea Design, the boutiques interior is both intimate, chic, and warm, just as Hollace Cluny, the shop which used to inhabit the space was. Stocking must have brands like clothing and accessory brands Maison Kitsuné, ACNE, Filippa K, Michel Vivien, and of course WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie in addition to sought after beauty and fragrance brands like Aesop, Byredo Parfums, Ursa Major, and Astier de Villatte, the shop perfectly marries exclusive selection with the neighbourly charm known to this block.
