For the third straight year, top chef Chuck Hughes was tapped as caterer for the bands that played at the Osheaga music festival in Montreal. As always the good people over at Evenko decided to make a little film about the experience. Watch below as the world-renowned chef makes the most delicious food for all the lucky bands that performed over the three days. If you followed along on Twitter during the festival you may remember us mentioning that we saw Arcade Fire walking around the VIP. Well it was just to get to enjoy some of Hughes food. Makes sense really.
Here’s what Chuck had to say about the experience:
With the help of a crew from Montreal’s best kitchens, we fed over 1000 people a day, sunrise to sunset.
Thanks to the staff from Joe Beef, Nora Gray, Au Pied de Cochon, Park, Maison Boulud Ritz Carlton, and the boys at Le Bremner and Garde Manger.
Big up Derek Dammann from Maison Publique, Macchi inc, Caré Myriade, L’eau Vive, Station 16, Cedric Bezanson, Chris Woo, Oakley Canada, WHATISADAM, Pixel Nickel, Bravo Rentals…
And of course, a big thanks to Evenko for trusting us for a third year !!!
Shout out to all the artists who made this year awesome… The Black Keys, Feist, Snoop, City and Colour, Suicidal Tendencies, Deftones, Marilyn Manson, In Flames, Arcade Fire, Cancer Bats, Common, Trivium, Sword, A$AP Rocky, Down with Webster, The Arkells, Yukon Blonde…. everyone!
