For the third straight year, top chef Chuck Hughes was tapped as caterer for the bands that played at the Osheaga music festival in Montreal. As always the good people over at Evenko decided to make a little film about the experience. Watch below as the world-renowned chef makes the most delicious food for all the lucky bands that performed over the three days. If you followed along on Twitter during the festival you may remember us mentioning that we saw Arcade Fire walking around the VIP. Well it was just to get to enjoy some of Hughes food. Makes sense really.

With the help of a crew from Montreal’s best kitchens, we fed over 1000 people a day, sunrise to sunset.
