I recently discovered a new Canadian denim brand that has stolen my heart. As you all know, I am an avid lover and supporter of Naked & Famous denim which is made from superior materials at a very reasonable price point. However, United Stock Dry Goods may be the brand to upset my love.
Based on the collaborative efforts of Michael Cavaggioni and Sydney Mamane, the brand is a fulfillment of their passion for quality garments and construction while maintaining an accessible price to the final consumer. As experienced menswear buyers and wholesalers, they identified a void in the market that needed to be filled.
United Stock Dry Goods is a reflection of the two founders minimal and modern aesthetic, with a nod to classic proportions and tailoring traditions. There is also a strong focus on wearable fabrics and textures; the team travels to the world’s premiere fabric shows and buys from only the best global mills. All the raw denim fabric for United Stock Dry Goods is 100% cotton selvage, made in Japan, and exported to the USA for final garment production. Likewise, all shirting fabric is made in Japan and exported to Canada to a state of the art facility.
United Stock Dry Goods shirts and denim can be purchased at select stockists across Canada.
