While the watch world has its eyes on Geneva, Switzerland, this week for the annual Watches & Wonders 2023 event, LA-Based streetwear boutique and brand UNDEFEATED has shared a very cool collaboration with Tudor. Announced via co-founder of UNDEFEATED Eric Peng Cheng’s Instagram, the seemingly unexpected collaboration between the iconic Swiss watchmaker, registered by Hans Wilsdorf, the founder of Rolex, and the streetwear brand will release an extremely limited edition Friends and Family only watch, The UNDEFEATED x Tudor Pelagos LHD.

Inspired by the Rolex Sea Dweller “Double Red,” the mythical Rolex was produced between 1967 and 1977 and features two lines of red text (instead of one), making it one of the most collectible vintage Rolex models on the market. The UNDEFEATED x Tudor Pelagos LHD features a 42mm titanium and steel case with a satin finish, with an UNDEFEATED numbered steel case back. The watch has a Calibre MT5612-LHD (COSC) with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours.

With fine detailing throughout the watch, key points being the Tudor logo in relief and an automatic helium escape valve at 3 o’clock, a titanium unidirectional rotatable 60-minute graduated bezel with a ceramic matte black disc, a domed sapphire crystal, and the watch is rated to be waterproof to 500m (1,640 ft). The final touch is perhaps our personal favourite the titanium folding clasp and safety catch in steel developed and patented by Tudor.

As previously mentioned, this is a Friends & Family exclusive and will not be for sale. The UNDEFEATED x Tudor Pelagos LHD is limited to just 88 units, and each will have a matching serial number marking the case (16001-16088).
