One of our favourite Toronto-based menswear shops, Uncle Otis will be keeping us warm again this winter with their collaborative Canada Goose parka. We remember back in 2011 when they launched their first collaborative coat to celebrate their 20th anniversary with the Canadian brand, and this years limited edition ‘Otis Parka’ is even more glorious with bespoke charcoal quilting in their luxe Loro Piana wool. The parka also features a removable charcoal coyote fur hood and a leather patch on the right shoulder. It’s also the first jacket from Canada Goose to feature a quilting detail, wood buttons, and three way front pockets.
On the collaboration, Uncle Otis owner Donnell Enns had the following to say:
Uncle Otis is proud to partner once again with Canada Goose for the launch of the Otis Parka,” said Donnell Enns, owner, Uncle Otis. “A co-creation by Canada Goose and Uncle Otis, with particular involvement by our manager Martin James, the Otis Parka intertwines a contemporary feel with Canada Goose’s timeless quality. This time around has been especially exciting as we were given the opportunity to design the jacket from the start; allowing us to incorporate new, exciting aesthetics to the Canada Goose silhouette.
The Otis Parka will be available starting September 30th exclusively at Uncle Otis in Yorkville and online at UncleOtis.com for $1,150.
