London-based duo Jack Cooper (Mazes) and James Hoare (Veronica Falls) together make up indie-rock act Ultimate Painting, who’ve just announced the upcoming release of their third record, titled Dusk, out this fall. With this news comes the new album’s first single “Bills,” a jangly little piece of psych-pop that’s much more pleasant than bills themselves.
