Tyler, the Creator is back as Felicia the Goat in the second commercial he directed for Mountain Dew. The video finds Felicia pulled over by a cop, “Loiter Squad’s” Lionel Boyce, and chargers the goat with a “Dew-U-I.” The video ends with Felicia trotting down the highway. It’s funny.
