While Saturday’s Field Trip was packed with indie rock acts, TRUST brought some sinister synth pop to the stage, a welcomed change of pace. Robert Alfonse (who was mysteriously cute as usual) hypnotized us with his haunting bellowing voice, playing songs off 2012’s TRST as well as some brand mew tracks. He was also joined on stage by a panda headed bootyshorts wearing backup dancer. Despite the early afternoon set time, the dark wave act still delivered a debaucherous grimy dance party.
