Montreal-based rock band TOPS have shared a new visual for their dreamy single “Further” off their newly-released album Sugar At The Gate.

The video stars Ellise, “a fierce talent; a musician, producer, artist and actor with an excellent catalog of videos,” who releases work under the name Jef Ellise Barbara.

The band’s lead singer Jane Penny said in a statement:

“I approached the video for ‘Further’ with the idea of making a promotional music video for a feature film, but in this case the film doesn’t exist. The plot is a non-traditional love story between three people – a fleeting, impermanent affair.”
