The King of collaborations, Todd Snyder, has partnered with American footwear brand New Balance to design a limited edition pair of 998’s sneakers. The silhouette was created as an ode to New York’s iconic Old Town Bar, and features a black and tan combination suede upper, with tan mesh and a white branding. Snyder’s reasoning for this inspiration was his love of both the colours and pub.
I love a Black and Tan, and I always love an old school pub. It was great to work with New Balance to Customize a smart-looking sneaker that captures the retro vice in a modern way.
