Here’s the scoop: Featuring Travis Scott, “Joyride” was allegedly written exclusively for Tinashe. But a little pop mogul, Badgal Rihanna, heard the Hit-Boy produced track and wanted it for herself. Ultimately, this likely the reason why Joyride the album wasn’t released, and now the entire album has taken a backseat somewhere on a hard drive at RCA. Sad.
