TIME released its list of the 50 best places of 2022, with two Canadian locations making the cut.

TIME’s World’s Greatest Places list was put together after the magazine solicited nominations from its “international network of correspondents and contributors.” The list highlights attractions like the Great Barrier Reef, the International Space Station, the reopening of The Philippines’ Boracay Island, and the excitement seen in Doha, Qatar as it launches 100 new hotels, opening just in time to welcome 2022 World Cup fans, of course. Toronto (“Fresh perspectives“) and Tofino (“Wild West“) represented Canada on the list.
