The Last Shadow Puppets have announced a new six-track EP titled The Dream Synopsis. Four of the six tracks are studio recordings of cover songs the band performed on their 2016 summer tour. Their cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Is This What You Wanted” has been given the visual treatment, and it’s the music video you’d put out if you were hitting the gym. Lead vocalist Alex Turner weaves in and out of shadows wearing nothing but an open waistcoat and skintight Bolero trousers. It’s all very rock n’ roll, but the number one thing you’re going to take from this video is how incredible Turner’s biceps look.
The Dream Synopsis EP is set for release on December 2. Preorders for a limited edition red 12″ vinyl are available on the official The Last Shadow Puppets website.
