Back in the day Public Label was the original title for The Hundreds cut/sew clothing when they moved from graphic t-shirts to a full range of apparel like selvedge denim and outerwear. Eventually they decided to simply go with The Hundreds for the entire line and the “Public Label” faded to black. Well it looks like The Hundreds are bringing “Public Label” back as a special seasonal collection of high-end, wearable clothing that cater to the more discerning The Hundreds customers. The Public Label features more sophisticated cuts, refined quality, palatable colours, and a very slick design aesthetic, especially compared to the more familiar The Hundreds offerings. I LOVE pretty much every single piece of clothing in this line. I can’t wait to get my hands on these pieces!
The Public Label goes on sale tomorrow, Thursday, November 18, 2010, at all three The Hundreds stores.
