Not long ago, our fav future-pop duo Sylvan Esso announced their sophomore LP What Now and shared a video for Die Young.” Now, they’ve dropped a video for upcoming album cut Radio which the band first released last fall. Directed by Elise Tyler, the video follows three well-dressed girls and on an evening adventure.

As singer Amelia Meath told Vulture

Part of it was anger at the pop machine, but part of it was also anger at myself for buying into it so hard…Getting on the radio is like trying to join the Mafia.

Bandmate Nick Sanborn further explained…

A weird ally we’ve had for this song is everyone who works in radio. We thought they were gonna be upset about it or not put us on because it’s critical [of them], but it turns out, they’re all sick of it, too. It’s crazy.
