If Swimsuits For All’s latest campaign has a familiar feel, it’s intentional. The size-inclusive swimwear brand drew inspiration from the classic 90’s show Baywatch for the shoot, and enlisted some famous faces to help pay tribute.
Plus-size model Ashley Graham (who is also one of the line’s designer), Teyana Taylor and 90’s supermodel Niki Taylor sport red swimsuits reminiscent of the ones worn by Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth and the other Baywatch babes of yore.
The shoot was extra special for Taylor, who told People of the experience:
“I haven’t been in a swimsuit since the ’90s, so I was a bit nervous. But my life was always being outside and I live for the beach,” she told us. “I’ve had four children, taken time off and had some pretty major surgery…so it was never something I was thinking about, but then I thought…’Why not?’ And I have to tell you, it was great.”
The red one-pieces the ladies wore for the shoot are available now from Swimsuits For All, in sizes 4 to 22, for a price of $58 USD.
