It almost comes as no surprise that New York skate brand Supreme, now the epitome of streetwear, has announced its latest designer collaboration, this time with Belgian-based luxury house MM6 Maison Margiela. MM6 will join the elite company of Louis Vuitton, COMME des GARÇONS, as the only other luxury fashion house to officially team up with Supreme.
While rumours have been swirling around this collaboration, the official images of what we are getting have just been shared. Standout pieces include a bold Faux Fur Coat, a deconstructed Varsity Jacket, a wash blazer and pant set, a metallic and aged Work Jacket and Jeans set, and a tee shirt with a print of a Supreme Box Logo shirt on top. The collection keeps to the Margiela design philosophy of utility with some subversive tweak that makes you give everything a second thought. The collection also features hoodies, hats, socks, Hanes brand tanktops, a blonde wig, the famous Margiela receipt Wallet, Kryptonite® Chain + Disc Lock and a skateboard.
The Supreme x MM6 Maison Margiela Spring 2024 collaboration will be available this week, Thursday, March 28, at 11 a.m. EDT in North America and on March 30, at 11 a.m. JST in Japan, while not available in Seoul.
