Brooklyn babe-cakes Sunflower Bean released their debut record Human Ceremony earlier this year. Made up of Nick Kivlen (lead guitar and vocals), Jacob Faber (drums), and model Julia Cumming (bass and lead vocals), the indie-psych pop kids have been touring all over North America & Europe, and have now released a video for their track “Come On.” Directed by Ruby June, the video was filmed at ACME Studios in Brooklyn, and is a fun, brightly coloured performance video. As the band told Pitchfork

“Come On” is a song about time, speed, and pressure. It’s a good one to play live, which gave us the idea for the video… Something that could capture the vibe and energy of the song. We made it with our friend Ruby, who shot the album cover for Human Ceremony. We love her ideas and she also understands us as people, which is really important.

Come on and watch the video for “Come On” above.

Human Ceremony is out now on Fat Possum Records, grab a copy via iTunes here. You can also catch Sunflower Bean live at the dates below.
