Studio Nicholson has joined forces with Perfumer H for a fragrance cutely named SOAP, a quiet, considered collaboration that distills the intimacy of daily ritual into scent and uniform. Brainchild of British perfumer Lyn Harris, the collaborative scent is rooted in tactility and restraint, reflecting a shared reverence for process, purity, and objects designed to be lived with.
At its center is the Eau de Parfum, a fragrance that evokes the lingering trace of clean fabric on skin. Notes of cardamom, white pepper, aldehydes, and orange flower open with clarity, settling into a soft, comforting base of musk, ambrox, and tonka. The release is accompanied by SOAP Incense, hand-crafted in Japan by traditional incense makers who supply Buddhist temples, extending the ritual beyond the body and into space.
Completing the collaboration is a three-piece capsule inspired by Harris’s personal uniform: an Italian cotton shirt, tailored twill trousers, and a blue “SOAP” baseball cap. These pared-back essentials mirror both brands ethos of quiet consistency.
The Studio Nicholson x Perfumer H SOAP collaboration launches February 4, 2026, available at both brands’ flagship stores in London, Tokyo, and Seoul, as well as select global retailers, priced at £85 to £345 GBP, with the Eau de Parfum retailing at £190 GBP and the incense at £40 GBP.
