There is about to be an internet storm, centered around the soft-spoken Minnesota native, Spooky Black. A pleasant mix of James Blake and, oh, let’s say The Weeknd, Spooky drops the new, super low budget music video for “DJ Khaled Is My Father,” a track off his recently released Leaving EP. The video, just like the music is sparse, somber, and minimal. Film by Gabe Broderick and Harry Sutherland in the backwoods of his home state of Minnesota.
