We all know that Serena Williams is a certified bad ass. She’s one of the most dominant athletes—male or female—ever, and despite a couple of disappointing losses in 2016 (including the Olympics and the French Open) she still had a stellar year, winning Wimbledon and caking her way to the top of the earnings charts for female athletes. She’s considered the GOAT of her sport by many, and was named “The Greatest Athlete Ever” by Nike just this past year, so it makes sense that she might be honoured by another GOAT with her own Jordan 1 colourway.
According to Instagram user Mr_unloved1s, the Air Jordan 1 Serena Williams will come in GS sizes and will combine Vivid Pink and Black for an eye-catching style, perhaps inspired by the incredible pink and black getup that Ms. Williams rocked at the last US Open. The shoes also feature Serena’s signature logo on both the heel and the tongue. What do you think of this style?
