London contemporary brand Self Portrait has announced a collaborative sunglass collection with Australian eyewear brand Le Specs. The super luxe collection features five feminine styles in petal pink and luscious cream with light metal detailing.

is perhaps best known for its lacy dresses and debut bridal collection, but that doesn’t mean it can’t break into the ever-growing sphere that is eyewear. The five different styles (think wayfarers, rounds, and cat-eyes), all of which retail for $125 (placing it snugly in the Ray Ban/Catherine Malandrino price point), are available in shades like crystal navy, pearl white marble, and matte blush, proving that the colored frame trend is alive and well for the coming seasons.
The shades are a welcome addition to the already trendy-yet-classic feel of the majority of Le Specs’ offerings, but you know that they’re status as Self Portrait shades will have them flying off the shelves the second they’re made available to the public, which, BTW, will happen on Friday, April 1.
