sacai is taking over Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche this fall with sacai TO GO, a limited-time installation that brings together the Japanese house’s longtime creative friends for an immersive celebration of Japanese culture, food and design.
Running from August 29 through October 11 as part of SUPER JAPON, the second-floor takeover is co-curated by Sarah Andelman, the former Creative Director and co-founder of Parisian concept store colette. Rather than feeling like a traditional retail pop-up, sacai TO GO brings together a rotating cast of Paris-based collaborators, creating a space where Japanese culture meets the city’s creative energy.
Food and drink are central to the experience, with legendary Japanese confectioner Toraya and rocky’s matcha joining a weekend rotation of offerings from F.O.L.D.E.R.O.L, Iné, Benchy, NIWA and Dreamin’ Man. The space will also feature exclusive sacai pieces, from logo T-shirts and Zantan totes made from repurposed archive fabrics to items from the sacai x Carhartt WIP and Nike x sacai collaborations.
Adding another playful layer, French artist Ryvka Adda has created a magnetic RYVDOLL paper-doll set based on sacai’s Fall/Winter 2026 looks, inviting visitors to reinterpret the collection through their own combinations. The result is characteristically sacai: part retail experience, part cultural exchange and part creative playground.
