UK singer and Roc Nation up-and-comer Rita Ora recently spent some time with GQ magazine showing off her tattoos and talking shop. The article is short and sweet but does delve into a bit of her relationship with Jay-Z, who signed the Kosovo-born Brit to his label, Roc Nation, in 2009 and then gave her three years to finish her debut album, Ora. This is not something that happens often, for most people that is simply a lot of wasted ROI time. However, Hova wanted his invest to truly flourish and not simply have a hit album but a hit career.
