Reed Krakoff may best be known for his 16 year stint at Coach as Creative Director, and for attempting (and failing) at launching his own fashion line, leading to a closure last year. After months of ups and downs, the accessory designer has landed a role at Tiffany & Co., designing the luxury brand’s accessories and housewares. He has stated that he will work on peppering the Tiffany brand with his own modernist views, versus trying to change the classic looks that have worked for the brand for decades. Look for Krakoff’s work to begin influencing the luxury goods retailer’s designs later this year.
