Our “friends” over at Universal Music Group hit us up to a pretty awesome little contest they are running right now! A trip for two to New York City for two nights, money for a new tattoo, and a bunch of music, can be yours in exchange for YOU rapping on camera. That’s not so bad, you don’t even have to be good, actually you don’t even have to be in the video! You can have a stand in, like a G.I. Joe or your favourite teddy bear. Basically your face isn’t necessary, unless you happen to be gorgeous, then don’t deprive the world of your beauty! The only catch, is that all the video submissions need to be submit no later than Friday Dec.17. I’m thinking of doing it myself!

Here’s the details!
- Pick 3 albums from the below shopping list and record a video of yourself rapping. Make sure you mention the titles of all 3 albums in your rap!
- Upload your video to youtube and click the big red “submit your video” button below to send us the link to your video.
- Come back on Dec.21 to find your video, then, spread the word to collect as many votes as possible until January 7, 2011!
- The five entries that receive the most votes will make it to the finals, where the ultimate winner will be determined and announced by a panel of judges from Universal Music Canada on January 10, 2011.
